One of my favorite things to do is to wake up before the family and get the coffee going, bake some fresh bread and prepare a nice Saturday morning breakfast to surprise them with! This dish, Tres Queso Breakfast Skillet (#02.8101/$6.75) is one of my favorites and so easy and quick to prepare!
This hearty one skillet meal is a muy bueno start for any day! It includes the potatoes, all you add is ground sausage, eggs, optional shredded cheese! It easily serves six.
Homemade Gourmet has another delicious Breakfast Skillet, called Presto Italiano Breakfast Skillet (#02.8100/$6.75) It too, quick and easy to prepare. You can substitute ground beef or turkey for a delightful dinner frittata. You add ground sausage, eggs, optional shredded cheese. This meal serves six.
Pictured above with the Tres Queso Breakfast Skillet is one of my favorites, Strawberry Bread (#01.1751/6.00) This has sweet strawberries in a moist, delicious bread. You only have to add egg, oil and frozen, thawed strawberries. It makes one loaf or 3-4 mini loaves. Great for gift giving as well!
